Production schedule 

The best way to manage media project is to create a production schedule . This brings together logistic and resource details and includes all tasks milestones and the time - scales and deadline and allows the tracking of progress 

This is shared with all members of the production team and contains details of the initial proposal , key milestones agreed with the client as well as final deadline 

Production schedule - what are the key terms in a ps ? 

1 tasks  - actual jobs that need doing 

2 deadlines - the date when these tasks must be completed 

3 milestones - identified point to be reached within the project

Karol adamiecki creates the GANTT CHART  and gantt was the first person to translate it to English it is made from a bar CHART but includes a milestone that is a diamond and the use of each bar having its own task it help to organise and oversee the progress of a project and is traditional made on excel and it is the most popular management tool

A project management tool that would be suitable for Daniel would be the use of a gant chart to help Daniel work around deadlines and properly allocate there resources another one would be a to do list this can help Daniel team create there modern website and this can help his three main members of staff know what there allocated job is and know the deadline for where there work has to be completed

Need to improve on detail and going deeper into the argument of why a spreadsheet could be suitable as a tool. Haven't explained enough about why a spreadsheet would benefit Daniel and the employees.
